If it’s already framed out, what can you do to prevent air in pest?
Dont make it too air tight, then the co2 cant get out…
We did that AND used Great Stuff spray foam
You need more than just this. You need a couple of beads of sealant too. Then you need to tape the gap between the sheathing and foundation. Look up Steve Baczek's videos.

That foam gasket is garbage. The bare minumum. There are several rubber products on the market that are much better.
