250gms Kala chana
1 tsp Salt
3 Cups Water
1 Tbsp Desi Ghee
1 tsp Jeera

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE SPICE MIX
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
1 tsp. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp Chana Masala (Any Brand)
1 Cup (hot Water)

INGREDIENTS FOR COOKING
2 Tbsp Desi Ghee
1 tsp Jeera
Hing
Add Spice Mix
2 tsp Amchur Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
1/2 tsp Black Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1.5 Inch Ginger Sticks
2 -3 Green Chillies
Coriander Leaves

INGREDIENTS FOR TADKA
2 Tbsp Desi Ghee
Hing
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

  3. Your recipe is good , though a humble request , remove the words Mata ka prasad. Mata was doing tapasya and we devotees do austerities by fasting for nine days , the prasad offered to Durga Maa is very simple , jeera , sendha namak, adrak , hari mirch and Dhania powdwer. No haldi is used in Mata Prasad.
    Prasad is pure and simple , devotees practice control of taste .
