चीनी – Sugar – 1/4 Cup (50 grams)
छोटी इलायची – Cardamom – 3 no, coarsely grounded

घी – Ghee – 1 tbsp
जीरा – Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
हरी मिर्च – Green Chilli – 2 no, finely chopped

टमाटर – Tomato – 1 no, chopped
सेंधा नमक – Rock Salt – More than 1/2 tsp
काली मिर्च – Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp, crushed
