    Title says it's a one-row pattern, which is false; it's a four-row pattern. TL;DR written instructions:
    Start with a multiple of 4 stitches, +1.
    M = Insert right needle into the first three stitches on the left needle. Wrap yarn purlwise and extract, retaining all three stitches on the left needle. Wrap the right needle for a yarn over, and then P3tog, finally allowing the three stitches on the left needle to drop off.
    1. *K*.
    2. Slip 1 purlwise. Then M, P1 to the end.
    3. *K*.
    4. Slip 1 purlwise. P2. Then M, P1 until 2 stitches remain. P2.

    LMK if any of you know the stress factors, warp and weft reluctance curves, and elasticity constants for this pattern.
