Vermicelli – Semiya – 1 Bowl – approx 100 gm
Green Pea – 30-40 gm or Half Cup
Chaat Masala – 1 Table spoon
Cooking OIl – 2 to 3 Spoon
Onion Chopped – 1
Tomato chopped – 1
Green Chilli – 1
Salt – 1 Tea spoon
Mustard Seed – Rai – 1/2 Tea Spoon
Chana Dal – 1 Spoon
Urad Dal – 1 Spoon
Curry Leaves – 6 to 8
Lemon Juice – 1/2 Lemon
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tea Spoon
Corriander Leaves – Dhaniya Patta – Spoon
