This is Shahi paneer and I made this recipe EXTRAORDINARY using MAGGI Masala-Ae-Magic Shahi Gravy Masala

Preparation time – 30 minutes
Serving – 4

Ingredients:
Maggi MEM Shahi Gravy Masala -1 sachet
Paneer – 200 grams
Tomato – 1
Onion -1
Green chilli -2
Ginger -1 inch
Garlic cloves – 6
Cashews – 12
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Curd – 3 tbsp
Dry fenugreek leaves – 1/2 tsp(optional)
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat 1 tbsp of butter and 1 tbsp of oil in a pan
Add onion tomato ginger garlic, cashews and green chilli
Add water and cook it for 3 minutes
Blend it and strain it to make smooth paste
Heat butter in a pan and shallow fry the paneer, keep it aside
Add 3 tbsp of oil, add blended paste and mix it
Add curd, coriander, turmeric and red chilli powder and cook it for 3 minutes
Add water and let it come to boil
Add fried paneer and cook it for 2 minutes
Add Maggi MEM Shahi gravy masala, mix it and cover the pan
Sprinkle roasted kasuri methi and turn off the flame
Garnish with fresh cream and serve with Tandoori roti
