1. * SCALP QUESTION ANSWERED * I explained why I use shampoo and it’s to remove product build up from my hair strands so they can open up properly and absorb moisture instead of being weighed down. Usually when I rinse I massage it into my scalp but my scalp is sensitive to shampoo so if I put it directly on there my scalp will itch or burn. If I need to do something to my scalp that will be on my scalp treatment day. The natural hair community made this massive rule that either you don’t use shampoo or you only use it on your scalp. Break away from those rules and find what works for you. Please don’t ask me why I didn’t put shampoo on my scalp, I do what my hair & scalp needs me to do…not what the natural hair community tells me to.

Oh my gosh been watching natural hair videos for sometime wish I would've found you like two years ago it's March 2021 PANDEMIC and I have been struggling with my natural hair for awhile I will binge watch to find out new techniques I am type 4 course and very thick low porosity I think my hair stays dry all the time no matter what I put in it I use every kinda moisturizer and it seems thicker not longer I use no heat thanks for the great tutorials

6. Good point re: water damage. I never dry my hair either. My hair doesn’t drip wet for long and I leave the water for moisturizer and styling

11. Thank you for this. My hair does not like water at all it makes it hard, so I have always dried my hair this way. And whenever I spritz my hair before product it always sucks and shrinks. I need to stop doing other's routines seriously and do what works for me even though it is not the norm I guess. This video has just reinforced this to me 👏🏽

12. I actually just tossed that Urban Hydration. I really tried to like it but I have really thin and sparse hate and the shampoo stripped and the conditioner did not condition.

13. Wow… I decided to get a hair cut because I was getting too fed up with my hair. When I, with my 2 or 3cm of hair, saw the band get caught, it actually crossed my mind to get out of bed, get dressed and walk in the overcast London weather to my aunts house for a lower cut. That ain't right x'D

18. I also don’t put conditioner on my daughters scalp , and never allow creams or anything to touch her scalp , but I do use a little tea tree oil on it from time to time , I also believe adding more water takes away from the products 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
