  14. People may not understand this moment of culinary creativity. When i baked chocolate brownies, i asked myself "Who says i have to keep using brown chocolate?" So i used white chocolate and golden raisins.

    When i made my 3rd apple crumble pie, i made the crumble topping into a checkerboard using cacao powder for the black squares. Took ages to get that checkerboard precise and neat.
