  1. Could the pineapple be roasted or otherwise cooked prior to freezing? I can't eat raw pineapple. Maybe freeze canned pineapple?

  2. Hi andy. I have been a fan ever since i come across your video. I think you should make durian ice cream. Durian seems to get a bad rep with people outside of asia, but i think durian ice cream is the perfect entry point for introducing durian. It doesn't smell with all the flavour

  3. For those trying to make this, use parchment paper when you freeze so you’re not trying to peel the pineapple off of metal

  4. No removing the center part? Does the freezing subdue the spikey spicy bromelain stuff?
