    Its amazing how many ribeyes he cuts off a slab verses how many i actually get from a side of beef.

    One thing I’m not real fond of is getting ribeyes that are cut uneven. It’s hard to cook it evenly. Would cutting steaks on a bandsaw with a guide be a better way to cut?

    Love y’all’s Chanel but maybe u do it differently where I’m done but we take those feather bones off the roast and cut more of the tail off….why leave the feather bones on????
