ATP I feel like I’ll be telling my grandkids what eggs were like and how we used to eat them every day whenever we wanted.

ā€œEggs are expensive so throw away your eggs and instead use these specialty also expensive ingredients.ā€

People in most countries will find eggs before they find all those other ingredients.

A more appropriate introduction would have been : ā€œLooking for more shelfstable ingredients to replace eggs? Or looking for vegan alternatives to eggs?ā€

Can someone explain this American egg situation, i’m from the UK and they are still cheap so what’s going on?

I know this isn’t ā€œthe healthiestā€ but I was going to try Bob’s Red Mill egg replacer w/ the gluten free label. Crazy to see this now because I needed to find an egg substitute this morning.

I don't care how expensive eggs are, I will never stop buying them because they're the most nutrient dense food on the planet.

You can also use two tablespoons of cornstarch mixed with two tablespoons of water
