ATP I feel like Iāll be telling my grandkids what eggs were like and how we used to eat them every day whenever we wanted.
āEggs are expensive so throw away your eggs and instead use these specialty also expensive ingredients.ā
People in most countries will find eggs before they find all those other ingredients.
A more appropriate introduction would have been : āLooking for more shelfstable ingredients to replace eggs? Or looking for vegan alternatives to eggs?ā
Oil and baking soda are also great for fluffy cakes without eggs!

I know this isnāt āthe healthiestā but I was going to try Bobās Red Mill egg replacer w/ the gluten free label. Crazy to see this now because I needed to find an egg substitute this morning.
