Blender works too, actually used to make raspberry sorbet all the time with just a blender

I work in the food industry. I remember when these came out about a decade ago. They are called “paco-jets” and cost 10-15 thousand dollars at the time

As someone who makes a lot of homemade sorbet, yes there is a lot of sugar but you usually make it using a lot of fruit not a lot of water. The more water you add the more sugar you need to prevent it from just being ice

Freez your fruits, let them thaw for a few minutes so they feel a bit gooie not brick hard and use a blender. I usually just buy a bag frozen berrys
