  2. I gained so much weight during pandemic and I’m now denying to workout. I don’t know how to kickstart as my muscle is lacking strength. I hate myself for being so weak n afraid of the sore n pain.

  3. I just found out Katy is the daughter of Denise Austin! I exercised with Denise videos almost every day Back in the Day! Now I've got her daughter on the internet! This is great! Katy is such fun and easy to work out with, just like her Mom ????
