SUMMARY:
– The first hour after waking up must be dedicated to something that can boost your energy and fill you with positive emotions.
– Tackle your biggest tasks in the morning because this is when your brain works best. Knowing that the hardest part of your work is finished will make you feel less stressed and more inspired to keep going.
– Plan not only the results you want but also the road that will lead you to them.
– If you feel overwhelmed by your responsibilities, discover where you can get more time.
– The easiest way to get things done faster is to be motivated. If you do something that you’re passionate about, you’re set up for success.
– It makes sense to do similar tasks together rather than having to re-orient more often.
– Try not to start a task with the thought “I’ll finish when I’m done.” Trust me; knowing that you have all the time in the world will just lead to procrastination.
– Allowing yourself some buffer time between tasks can be a breath of fresh air for your brain.
– You have to learn to value your time and teach others to treat your time with respect too. Don’t let them screw with your schedule!
– If it takes less than 5 minutes to do a task, do it immediately.
– Did you know that 41% of to-do items are never completed or don’t correlate with what you planned to do? The magnitude of a to-do list can be overwhelming and even distracting.
– Before starting any new task, think about all the possible distractions and excuses your inner procrastinator might come up with.
– A study from the University of Michigan confirmed that the human brain isn’t designed to multitask.
– Have breakfast with your family and lunch with your coworkers. Positive interactions with people will help you recharge and stay motivated.

  5. Yes! I love this. I just went over this on my channel too, because I think this is something everyone struggles with. It's so important to dedicate time to plan our time, which sound counterproductive, but really… it's crucial. Another great tip I always share with my clients is to utilize that mindless time you have (commuting, doing hair, washing dishes) – what can you fill it with? (learning, mindset, inspiration…OR family time). We can control our time a lot better when we're really proactive with it. Great video. Thanks for sharing!

  6. Have breakfast with your family, lunch with your coworkers, and dinner with your kids ( if you have any ) otherwise have dinner with your phone where you can scroll throughout social media (most human favorites)

  7. Point No. 8 is leave out small details and point No. 5 is take care of small things….You need your own clarity of mind either to leave or do it…
