  4. Anyone tried gluten free flour? I can’t find gluten free udon anywhere pre made so I’d love to make my own!

  5. Looks alot better then i cooked tofu, well- when fry it in pan like scrapple it tends to get hard as rock and cant eat it

  6. White flour will send my blood sugar through the roof. Fortunately this recipe should work just fine with einkorn flour, and einkorn flour tastes better than white flour too 🎉
