    IMPORTANT INFO ➡️ let’s talk about the KB Dead Curls real quick…

    I don’t recommend for beginners. You’d be better off w standing DB curls (In fact, most people don’t need to obsess over doing “shortened” vs “lengthened” position training for the biceps. Standard mid range movements like DB or Barbell curls can be plenty! But hey, variation keeps things interesting) but I digress…. You have to be VERY proficient with maintaining good form with these stop curls

    These are one of my “favorites” not necessarily “optimal”… these help me keep my training fun. And yes, they do work. VERY well. I can focus on making each rep a max effort event. In the end, I move the weight faster concentrically & that’s a good thing when doing hypertrophy training.

    There’s nothing ✨magical✨ about these. You could just do regular concentration curls. But hey, they’re cool and could be fun to try.

  5. Should I be working out the long head and the short head? If so which exercises will target each one?

  6. could you possibly make a video to strengthen bicept tendons in the albow for skinny people. 5kg feels light but at the same time it feels like my tendons wanna snap off.

  7. That's must be intense workout if your bicep have visible definition on both long and short head.

  8. The first one looks good. The only problem is that it looks like it puts the low back in a compromised position when it doesn't need to be.
