  1. These are ok for an omelette thing but they're nothing like a muffin, also, strawberries and raspberries taste weird in there so unless you like berries in your eggs, stick with savory.

  2. I’ve tried making these twice now and each time they end up soggy…with liquid and they don’t store well (end up mushy)! I’m not sure what’s going on…I even used 3 eggs instead of 4 this last time and made sure my berries were dry

  3. Would they last like 3 or 4 days in the frig or not ? Or could you freeze them for protein shakes ?

If you just use 1 banana and one egg and mash the egg and then mix the egg in a separate bowl and then pour the egg into the mashed banana and mix and put a little butter in the pan and pour like 3 small pancakes on medium heat for about 3 min and then flip when you feel its firm enough and then just roll them up and eat, nothing else is needed because they are sweet as is I LOVE these and am ADDICTED to them, it may take a couple of tries to do as they are thin and you need a wide spatula and flip when they can be lifted up but I just can't get enough of them, I love this recipe and can't wait to try them as well thanks

  5. It's funny I had just made those two ingredient Banana Pancakes and I have had the thought this would be so much better as a muffin. but I made it on the stove I just couldn't get it to the right texture it tasted fine but the texture was all mushy and they were really hard to flip
