  1. I like my mizeria tzatziki style, and with finely chopped onion. Never heard of the other two, but I might give them a try.

    The yoghurt/ sour cream is non-standard, but a lovely addition to this side dish. My Silesian ancestors would approve.

  4. To make mizeria you need cucumbers from the ground like for dill pickles. This what you have shown us is growing on hay and is considered ersatz in Poland.
