    I Put Muscle Mass And Strength On Very Easily Like Fat Loosing Is Hard But Muscle Gaining Is Easy If I Even Train For 1 day a week i Put Muscle Very Easily Also I am Not Training For 2 Months Almost But I Still Have My muscles They Didnt Loosed

    I am to , i can eat a lot and eat myself full but when i sleep and wake up the next moring, i am all hungry again

    Lowky being an ectomorph isn’t all that cool. Blud I eat and eat and some how I loose weight and lowky having these skinny wrists bothers me like crazy

    Maturity is all these ectomorph and endomorph BS is trivial. Just count your calories and eat in surplus/deficit to gain/lose muscle mass and fat

    this ain't no consolation, ectomorphs, if you are weak, you are weak. You are better at running sports.

    To all ectomorphs right there u can gain weight. If ur bulking nd u culculated it to be 3500 or sum add 300-500 more calories eat small meals u got this
    I went from 49 kg to 66
