In Morocco, drinking olive oil is known by our grandparents to be a trick to many things. Including helping with cough, strengthening the immune system, for good skin and many other.
He looks like he's in his 20s while he's in his 40s. People don't fall for gimmicks, Korea is the plastics surgery capital of the world. Nothing would stop aging and you'll never look like you're in your 20s when you're in 40s.
Hi, I was wondering should I apply Vaseline on my face directly or should i like add something to it? Thank you if you could reply.

Omg shut up 😳😳😳 just the first sentence have me so much anxiety! I live in the desert
Olive oil is so diluted with other oils

So this woman’s only credentials is that she knows a dermatologist whose only credentials are the fact he “looks like he is in his twenties” (ignoring the reality he has access to botox). If you want to follow people who hold themselves to evidence backed standard like lab muffin beauty science, Dr. Nguyen, or Dr. Muneeb Shah. This idiot gives shit advice that does not work for everyone like the unscientifically backed olive oil claim since she banks on the decline of literacy when it comes to reviewing medical literature.
That's not true, uv radiation is the main reason of skin aging (excluding genetics and natural aging), YES dryness accentuates the wrinkles and stuff and it can lead to skin barrier issues but uv radiation not only does the same but it makes your current skin conditions worse (acne, bad skin barrier, etc) and a "dermatologist" really? Even if you drink a whole bottle of oilive oil your own body will distribute it systematically, there's no guaratee that your skin will use enough of it to see a big diference (youll see a diference only if you are not eating enough unsaturated fats)
Hey is it okay if I comment on your videos every single day just to give myself motivation to not do anything bad to myself? If you don't understand I'm just saying leaving a comment on your video and knowing you will most likely see it just gives me hope I don't know how to explain it I just wanna keep myself from doing something bad and knowing that you will see this and possibly be waiting for my message well like I said give me motivation to not do anything bad to myself that will keep me from commenting 🙃 you can respond to this and say you don't want me to do that and I will understand it and you don't have to respond to every comment I make 💜💜💜

So are you saying that after moisturizer or after applying all skin care we should wrap up the routine with facial oil ?
I am a human oil field and never moisturized my skin until mid 20s which worsened my skin further. Now that I started using moisturizers my skin has become normal over the years.
