In this workout you will be working for two minutes per exercise and complete one round for every move. You will alternate between cardio and abs all the way through the workout and we wont be resting until we are done! Dial your intensity back to 50-75% of your max intensity to make sure you can work the entire 26 minutes without stopping and we are going to rock this workout together!

2. Plank shoulder tap toe tap
3. Inchworm jacks
4. Bicycles
5. Butt kicks
6. Standing cross body abs
7. Skater taps
8. Supermen
9. Mountain climbers
10. Sit ups
11. Seated twists
12. Jog/knee taps accelerator
13. Squat to lunge single leg Drive or hop
