In this workout you will be working for 45 seconds and complete two rounds for every exercise. Be ready to transition from 1 exercise to the next as we have 15 exercises to rock through twice. In the second round you can choose to move through the 15 second rest and work for 60 seconds and then move right into the next exercise. Have some fun with this one!

2. Lateral Slides
3. Inchworms
4. Plank toe taps
5. Bridge and sit up
6. Bear crawls
7. Standing straight leg toe touches
8. Reverse lunge and twist
9. Side kick right
10. Lateral Lunge tap down
11. Side kick left
12. Jog in place
13. Butt kicks
14. Lunges
15. Lateral agility

  4. Great workout ???? this format ok, but i like the other format better. When it 3 exercises 10 reps each for 5mins on the clock etc.

  5. Love the format! This de-load week has been exactly what I needed. I’ve spent the last 2 months working myself to the bone to finish grad school a year early, and it’s paying off. I defend my MS project next week and will hopefully graduate the week after!!
