This workout is such a great challenge for your whole body! We will work for 3 rounds of each exercise for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds in between each set. This will give you time to switch weights and keep moving. Make sure you challenge yourself more each round in the weights you are holding or in the way you’re moving with intensity!

  1. I really struggled with the weighted planks last week. but this week I surprised myself by pushing 8, then 15, then 20 for the weighted planks–couldn't believe how strong I felt. yeah!!

  3. I usually workout in the morning but today I didn't have a chance but after working a 10 hour shift and playing karate /ninjas with my boys. I fit this 30 min work today. All we have to do is show up, tha k you Sydney. I love you all ❤️

  6. I love the fact that u push me forward, to be a better version of myself everyday ❤️❤️ I challenged myself to put weight on my planks for the first time and I wasn't sure I can do it, but I did it although I struggled through it????????

  8. I have to say when I saw you grab that 30 pound dumbbell for weighted sit-ups I thought there’s no way…and then I did it!! Thank you for always pushing us beyond what we think we’re capable of!

  9. First of all, congrats everyone for completing that workout! I have a question and maybe someone can help me. I have been able to do one round of plank with the dumbbells but then the dumbbells rolled out and smashed me behind my neck for the second round and on the third one rolled on to my legs. Anyone can share tips on how they are able to do it?

  10. Does anyone find it impossible to have a dumbbell on your back and try to get into the plank position? Its keeps moving around!!

  13. My daughter was released from the hospital this weekend after a major hip surgery and I missed a couple days! Best believe on our off days this week I will be catching up!!! Thanks Sydney for your words of wisdom and pushing us all to keep going and challenging ourselves to never give up! Crushed this workout! I thought I couldn't do that last plank. Even though I dropped down on the second one I finished the last one with out dropping and boy was it tough! Thank you all for showing up today and working hard!   14. I'm so glad Sydney said that we could weigh down our feet during the sit-ups because I struggle to keep the weight on my chest and not swing, but this way it seemed easier and I felt better about my performance. Thank you! <3

    I tried the weight on my back during the planks, it helped me realize that I am not as straight as I think I am, my but sure was rising and the weight was rolling!

  24. Smashed your own thinking that you can't, just do it and see the possibility. I crushed 20 lbs on ab crunchs as well as plank hold without resting between the 2nd and 3rd set. We can do great things, one at a time. Break through your pesonal best by continuing to learn and grow strong in mind and body.
