30 Minute Upper Body Cardio Finisher Workout | STF 2023 – Day 20

This workout is such a great ending to the week and I want you to crush it with me! We will work for 2 rounds of each exercise for 60 seconds each and we will be operating in supersets so there will be no rest between the exercises until after you complete them both. After those 2 minutes of work we will have a 15 second break and after the second round of those two moves you will have a thirty second break. Grab water, watch for what’s next, and work hard!!

1. Hammer curls on one leg , switch and turn to alternating
2. Tricep OH Extension on one leg and pulse on other
3. Supinated curls on one leg , alt curl pulses on other
4. Skull Crusher to single side chest press
5. Slide squat to lunge hops
6. Jump Rope

  1. My triceps were literally dying in the second round of tricep overhead extension pulses and i crushed it by lowering by weights to 4 kg.

  4. I really love your workouts Sydney, but I hope that was the last of the 1 minute work periods. Technically they’re 4 minute work periods, coz I wouldn’t call 15 seconds rest in between round 1 and 2 a rest. It’s been very hard for this old lady ???? ❤ ????

  10. Unilateral-endurance has been very mentally challenging for me.. im proud I persisted! 3 weeks until my wedding- ready to finish out this month with fire!!

  11. Unilateral strength week complete! Stablizing balance paired with strength focus for biceps and triceps was effective, felt the shake. Bring on the fiery burn next week. Enjoy the weekend and much deserved rest and recovery everyone.

  12. I had a wedding yesterday upstate and only got back an hour ago. I will be doing this workout tomorrow. It’s the first day since the challenge started that I missed a day. Once I make it up tomorrow, I am back on track! Have a great weekend everyone!
