How do you deal with the scorched pan and smoke? For every patty the bottom gets burnt like this so you have to clean the pan between each patty. Also the amount of smoke that comes is enough to set off my fire alarm.

My focus is which one will have a lower insulin spike. It is more about insulin spike than fat. I'm thinking having more fat on my patties, using a keto bun and replacing the sugary sauces with non sugary sauces.

And keep in mind, you donโt have to make it so low in calories. You could have used the same bread for both and same sauce, it would have massively enhanced the flavor for maximum 200 extra calories. Itโd still be half the calories of the other one
If you're really craving a big mac style sauce while on a diet, swap out the mayo for low/no fat greek yogurt. You'll barely taste a difference
