    Eat a balanced meal and go to the gym.3-4 times a week lifting weights best way to keep skin tight. My mom and dad are in their 70s and 80s and they literally have tight skin. I learned from them.

    lol the edible collagen is bullsh*t. It’s been debunked. The pay off is MINIMAL. Your body doesn’t get to decide where that collagen goes, it goes to all connective tissues, not just the surface epidermis. List credibility for me there.
