Key Lime Pie:
Crust // 1 cup of gluten free, vegan graham crackers, pulverized in your food processor
1/4 cup of toasted coconut flakes
1/4 cup of raw almonds
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1 tablespoon of key lime juice

Filling // 2 large avocados or 3-4 smaller
1/4 cup of key lime juice
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
3 tablespoons of coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla

Carrot Cake:
3 cups shredded carrots (about 1 lb.)
8 oz. (about 1 cup) pitted dates
1 cup raw walnuts
2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
pinch of salt
(optional) 1/2 cup raisins

Frosting // 2 cups raw cashews, soaked overnight
2/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup water (use more or less to achieve desired consistency)
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
pinch of salt

Brownies:
3 cups peeled, chopped, cooked and cooled sweet potato
3 cups dates, pitted
1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
3/4 cup high-quality unsweetened cacao powder
3/4 cup chopped vegan dark chocolate
3/4 cup gluten free flour (rice, buckwheat)
1/4 cup potato starch (or cornstarch)
4 heaped tbsp all-natural peanut butter (any kind of nut butter will do)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp maldon salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional

Blueberry Muffins:
fresh blueberries
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 cup dates
2 large bananas
1/2 cup plant-based milk
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
A pinch of salt

  2. So I made the key lime pie. Its so good. But… I didnt like it straight out of the freezer as much as I did when I put in the fridge. So I made it again this time and put in fridge but it's not the same.so now I'm realizing I have to put in freezer for an hour or so the theeeeen put in the fridge and it perfect after that

  4. My problem was always eating TOO MUCH CANDY! I couldn't stop once I started to eat, that was so horrible. I hated myself for it.
