  4. I am definitely going to make this. I know why you made two different pans, but might the texture be different if this were done in a smaller dish? That is, there would be more filling for each layer. BTW – I thrifted a white Juice-O-Matic 20+ years ago, and I still use it.

  5. It sounds great, but I'd like to know if anyone can really accomplish this in 10 minutes. Exclusive of gathering ingredients and washing up after, of course.

  10. love this dessert! here in Brazil we have a classic recipe that's very similar called "pavê", which is usually made with chocolate and vanilla, but the lime one is my favorite
