  1. 4-ingredient Mango Gummies💛 These are made with real mango and pineapple and they are refined sugar-free! Such a fun dessert!

    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup mango, cubed (120 ml / 85g)
    1/2 cup pineapple, cubed (120 ml / 85g)
    1/2 cup cold water (120 ml)
    2 – 3 teaspoons agar agar or gelatin powder according to its packaging, about 3 – 4 teaspoons, the more you add the firmer and bouncier they will be

    1. Put the mango and pineapple cubes into a blender and mix until smooth
    2. If using agar agar: Put the cold water and agar agar into a small pot and stir to combine. Then bring it to a boil over medium heat and then let it simmer for approximately five minutes. Add the fruit puree and stir for 1 minute. Let the mixture cool down for a few minutes. Then spoon into silicone molds. Let set in the fridge for about 2 hours
    3. If using gelatin: Sprinkle the gelatin powder over ½ cup cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes. Gently heat the bloomed gelatin over low heat until fully dissolved. Stir in the fruit puree. Pour into silicone molds. Let set in the fridge for at least 4 hours

  3. I tried to make them yesterday and they didn’t come out like yours. They melts and gelatin don’t work at all. Don’t know what is wrong, I did everything as in the recipe. 🥺
