Thank you so much to everyone who has already purchased the books, it means the world to me and makes it possible for me to keep creating these recipe videosā¤ļø
•
Ingredients for 6-7 bites:
1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter (120 ml)
1/4 cup (vegan) vanilla/peanut butter flavored protein powder (60 ml / 30 g)
optional: 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup/honey
•
3.5 oz. / 100g 80% dark chocolate
crushed peanuts, I used roasted & lightly salted ones
•
1. Mix the peanut butter and protein powder together. If you are using whey protein, you might need to add a bit more since plantbased protein powders tend to absorb more liquid
2. Roll into balls and place then onto a plate lined with parchment paper
3. Let set in the freezer for 2-3 hours
4. Dip in melted dark chocolate. Top with crushed peanuts.
5. Store in an air-tight container in the freezer

So much easier if the recipe is written. Rather than have to go some where else😊

Do these sit well room temperature? Or do they have to be eaten frozen? My teeth are sensitive to frozen foods.

Peanut butter can be very different when baking depending on if you use the natural stuff or things like Jiffy. It's kinda fun to make 3 different batches of the same cookie using different ones. Just don't forget to really mix the natural stuff well, all the way down to the bottom.
