4 Levels of Lamb Chops: Amateur to Food Scientist | Epicurious

We challenged chefs of three different skill levels – amateur Emily, home cook Daniel, and professional chef Frank Proto from The Institute of Culinary Education – to make us their best lamb chops. Once each level of chef had presented their creation, we asked expert food scientist Rose to explain the choices they made along the way – both good and bad. Which of these lamb chops would you serve to your esteemed guests?

  1. Peanut sauce is awesome, especially when it has a decent kick of chili. Satay anyone?

  2. The level 1 chefs marinade was by far my favorite, cant wait to use it. I typically use dijon and rosemary, I've also recently discovered balsamic vinegar. Cant wait.

  3. This video was low-key the evolution of our Ketchup queen from level 1 to 2.

  4. This wasn't a "Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3."
This was 2 Level 2's and a demigod.

  5. Awww, I liked the idea of the peanut sauce, and was looking to hear more from Rosemary. 🙂

  6. just realised some people in the comments keep bashing daniel for some reason? like sure some of his dishes can be weird to people not used to them but they can be tasty, no need to hate on him

  7. Chef Frank puting on crown made of bloodied bones and shreds of flesh had me rolling XDD

  8. All these videos are starting to look the same:
Level 1- ok, simple but still looks good.
Level 3 – wow, that's a lot of work but looks delicious

Level 2 -omg wtf are you doing to that dish?

  9. If Frank investigate about peanut sauce in Every Indonesia cuisine maybe he'll know one or two things but still Frank is a God of salt and arts of cooking????

  10. Can you show how to clean the lamb chop with the rope again please I really need help ????????

  11. This was disgusting ……Wow dude I literally just wasted $150 bucks on fresh lamp cause you wanted to make a dumb FuZking joke about how everyone says you put to much salt on your dishes……. Everyone who reads this dont make this stupid dish with his recipe and defiantly dont ever consider his amount of salt when he literally just admitted people make fun of him or let alone probably send the food back because of the amount of salt
