They're Golden rules indeed! Declutter, throw away those items that add to your stress and discomfort inanimate objects that theon't love you back. Park far away from the entrance to a store, get moving, blood pumping and excercise. Seek new relationships, even if they just begin and end with a casual conversation. Your friends get stale after a while. Avoid future gratification from your IPhone and other gadgets and seek future gratification that causes to you to be impatient and entitled. You'll appreciate the accomplishment and effort.

I choose to park far from the entrance where fewer cars are because it helps protect my car from dings and dents from careless people that swing their doors open and damage other vehicles.

7. plan for trip, party, outing once in a month.
8. Create your achievable life dreams and spend time for every day.
9. Help for other people. if you can't, at least don't make trouble them.
10.Save nature for your future generation.
This is perfect life for normal humans….
