This workout is such a great challenge for your whole body! We will work for 3 rounds of each exercise for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds in between each set. This will give you time to switch weights and keep moving. Make sure you challenge yourself more each round in the weights you are holding or in the way you’re moving with intensity!

  1. Love your videos – and also love that while you look great, we can see that you are actually working and putting in effort instead of just posing for the camera . I’m confused though – to build muscle should I do a different workout each day or stick to the one full body workout but increase weights as get stronger?❤️????
