"I should not be allowed to…." So.. do you not remember if you're allowed or are you allowed but do you think you shoujld not be or do you know you're not allowed but you're going to do it anyway? It sounds mostly like you're not the guy I'd want to have working on my power…
@davminks
Someone ripped the shit out of that box’s handle while it was in the On. Guarantee it, and it’s probably been sitting there half broken for over a decade

Two of the lugs where not tighten. So that's why the units are burning up they are not getting the correct power.
@williamgunter6801
That thing is ancient!! Straight out of the mod '50's.😯😯😯
@stevewarfel5788
You are forcing the closure mechanism with your right hand and your body in front of the door. This is bad with a known working unit. You must not like your face, or the rest of your skin. I guess arc flash is just a rumor.
@danielcarter7657
Dead blow hammer would tune that right up
@damonhill4909
You need some contact cleaner sprayed liberally on those switch contacts! Something like Cramolin or Deoxit D6. Otherwise it'll just continue to arc & farc!😮
@NickB-pc4fu
Wtf? There is always a cheater latch on disconnects
@YouTubeSensorsSuckDK
Just reach in there with a wire brush and give it a good swipe. Wear safety glasses, you'll be fine……

Should something like No-oxide grease be used?
