It might be because my instapot looks like a different model than yours. But I can’t cook chicken, let alone anything in my instapot to save my life. lol. ???? Hi Julia. All these recipes looked delicious, but the Creamy Ham & Potato casserole and the Chicken Alfredo Rice Casserole really got my attention. Loved the short clip of Brinley showing us her hair accessories.

Thinking of making it for dinner today BUT instead of using chicken….use hamburger meat ONLY bc I already gta lb & half thawed that needs cooked. Bt for the future I am goina try it with chicken. ????
Also luv that Mexican recipe….& I might use that one instead & switch the chicken with my hamburger meat. Hmm….decisions…decisions ????????????

Great ideas, loved everyone! I use Campbell's Healthy Request cream soups in casseroles instead of the original and a lower sodium ham off the bone from the deli(use in my scalloped potatoes and ham). I love looking for low or no sodium options(wish there was more out there truly). Reducing where ever we can(as my Mom did, basically a no salt/low salt household), it worked, 62 yrs old no high blood pressure!
