I say as a medical student please do not use protein powder. It is a very harmful thing that can harm all your organs and body, especially the liver. It's not a healthy option to get protein. Instead, turn to healthy options such as yogurt or cottage cheese.

Hi Selma! Is there a variation of this that doesn't need baking? We don't have an oven sadly.
