  1. Those roasted chickpeas, can they be stored in room temp or should it still be in the fridge?

  2. Very nice video!
Would be interesting to hear what you use the liquid for that was used to cook the chickpeas.

  3. You don't soak your beans with BS added to the soaking water? The cooking time is greatly shortened. (bs = baking soda) It takes very little, like the tip of a table knife for a couple cups of water.

  4. Fabulous. Thanks for upload. I’m always learning new things with you. And I use them. ????????????????????????

  5. For a delicious poverty meal, saute some onions and garlic, add S&P and cooked garbanzo beans. YUM!

  6. I mostly agree with all but two. 1-Chickpeas soaking water must be tossed. Cook them in clean tap water. 2-Potatoes don't taste the same the next day so cooking them in advance is a no-no for me.

  7. OMGOSH- the ground aromatic paste! What an amazing idea! I had not thought of that before- you are so helpful to us home cooks- I feel like I learn something every time I watch your videos- Schmaltz and now this!

  8. Genius – This is why I still stick around for your content for the past decade!

  9. I never thought to cold soak my rice noodles. mind blown great tip, can't wait to try this out!

  10. I got some takeaway containers thr round ones I saw in your videos a sauce I made really picked up a plastic smell, even after washing. Is this just the fact I stored something high in fat in plastic or will that be an issue that goes away over time.
