  1. I miss u brad, but I’m not ready to resubscribe to Bon Appetit. You guys really had something special going that you’ll never get back. I know you feel it too.

  2. Inés kills this segment EVERY single time. Just when I think I can’t love her anymore she breaks out the cast iron – what a woman!

  3. Kendra made a masala omelette – super popular egg dish in India. She could have just credited us for it instead of calling it an egg crepe or whatever??

  4. The microwave eggs is how I fix mine, except with just cheese. I liked her recipe, looks good.

  5. That French omelette… set all the way through. Also I thought you’re supposed to be moving the eggs around constantly that way the egg “curd” forming is as small as possible and therefore contributes to the “creaminess” of a French omelette.

  7. I just want to mention that I am unsubscribing because I see the same men all the time but there is always new women. What happened to the women I watched last year?

  8. Brad's french omelette should be a requirement test to get a job as a chef! Great job Brad! I noticed other chefs Brown their eggs and that ruins the taste of the eggs as far as I'm concerned Browning the eggs ruins the taste!

  9. I've seen plenty of Spanish style tortillas made like Devonn's, but never saw scallion seasoned oil before. Will have to give that a try at some point, and not just with eggs! Picture that going along with a scramble and put over rice, that would be lovely!
