1 egg + 3 yolks

135g vegetable oil
8 eggs
500g self raising flour
6 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
6–8 tbsp Raspberry Goo

570g unsalted butter
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp sea salt
900g icing sugar
2 tbsp yuzu juice

Where can I get my hands on Yuzu in London?
Are you using Ateco 128 for the decoration or is it 180? Also, when you say you use #2 for a lot of your royal icing recipe, is it also Ateco? I have Wilton #2 but I hear people say the numbers are not really universal and even #2 in Wilton vs Ateco is bit different ????????♀️
