Hi Kay. Love your outfits and ideas. Of course my favorite thing is a blazer too I wear them a lot. I love the comment I have oodles of them. I have a oodles of them too probably about 30 with my denim blazers.
Loved this , Kay….the one completer piece I added this year was a quilted vest from Talbot's..my girls talked me into it and I love it. They wear it with their short sleeve tees rolled ..fun!!!.
So loving all the new spring looks. I'm working on my capsule dating wardrobe. I know I need to have at least 3 to 4 outfits to grab so I can feel confident on that 1st or 2nd date.
Love your video today! To me stripes are so chic! Love the stripe top you are wearing. Seeing so much about French Chic style dressing. Could you do a video on French trends you see that would work for the mature woman! You are a blessing by blessing us!????
Barb Morris, you beat me to it! I have a white oxford cloth 3/4 length sleeve shirt that is my go-to completer piece for the warmer days of spring and summer. Its slight texture adds some interest, and it’s lighter, both in terms of weight and thickness, than a denim jacket. (I do have a blue denim jacket though!) The shirt is great for some sun protection as well as for those overly air-conditioned shops and restaurants. Best of all? I found it at a consignment store for about $10. ????

What about a white denim shirt/jacket? I just bought one from Talbots in place of a denim jacket. I am 5’4”, 140 lbs.

Loved the completer pieces video. However, I live in FL. Where it is usually 80 or 90 degrees. Even a linen blazer is too hot. Any suggestions for us Floridians?
Nothing like a good blazer or jacket – and in the more affordable category, Loft has good ones . I have had a denim jacket in my rotation for around 35 years – not always the same one, as I have updated (or sized up as necessary!!), but wouldn't be without one.
