  2. I mean this in the nicest way nobody cares what you eat or how much you run I get were your coming from I use to do same yearssss ago and learned people needa help themselves. I seen you hurt yourself in other video I’m thinking it’s because your recording yourself try just focusing on running and lay off the phone not sure if it’s different generations or what but I think you’d be good if you focus more on running and not recording yourself stay strong on the run you are part of the small percentage that run so many people hateeeee cardio it’s funny

Hey, so I am not a runner, but in October I broke my foot really bad and I couldn’t leave my house for almost 2 months and it is really frustrating when this happens so I understand that the process is slow, and I really felt the struggle and all the emotions you felt in your long YouTube video, but I wanted to say that it is a long process, and we don’t see the results immediately, but there will be better days and you will feel better and you will look back and be proud of yourself. in that moment, it feels like all your plans are destroyed and one starts questioning everything but it’s gonna work out in your favour 🤍

  7. The "posting videos about my recovery from exercise addiction" to "I've got a broken ankle but I still went on a 6k run and did an exercise bike workout" pipeline is CRAZY.
