  8. Once I read a book about this kind of ships. The Brendan Voyage by Tim Severin. The Hungarian title was Brendan expedition. Pretty good book, very interesting, and those guys were great sailors.

  11. I can't imagine sewing the canvas by hand. I do a bit of hand sewing on occasion, and it makes my fingers hurt just thinking of it.
    Along with air conditioning, the sewing machine is a god-tier invention.
