An average day as a personal chef in Beverly Hills

I tried something new today and asked my channel for some recommendations on how to serve chicken! It was pretty cool to hear some feedback from you guys. Maybe I’ll make it a recurring segment if you guys like it!

How do you feel about chicken piccata?

  1. I was meant to be rich, I am not rich. I want gourmet food on demand too lol.

  2. Can you overboil smashed potatoes? When I’ve done them recently, they always stick to the bottom of my ramekin if I don’t use parchment, and I’m wondering if that’s the reason.

  3. Thats a beautiful arched entry to the kitchen i want something like that in my house

  4. Although I like a lightly breaded chicken piccata I've never seen one in a restaurant. Its always floured. Which is what builds your pan sauce when you deglase with your wine, butter, lemon, capers.

  5. I love watching these videos. I've always dreamed about being a chef, whether a private chef or one in a restaurant, but I don't really know where I'd start on that path, or if I could even handle the stress. It feels unrealistic— at least for me. I wanted to ask, though, where did you start, and how did you get here? Also what kind of things can I start doing now that could help me prepare to be a chef if I ever have the courage to take the risk? (I'm still a teen)

  6. I don't usually comment… But I'm vegetarian, got recommended your video for god knows what reason, and have been binge watching your videos since yesterday! Your work is art, very calming and so interesting to watch and listen to. Oh and it looks delicious, although I can't eat most of what you create 😛 Truly hope that you're getting paid what you're worth and then some more! 💯💪🏻 화이팅이요!!
