  2. Emmy- what kind and where did you find a baking steel to fit that oven? I’m obsessed with the oven, but I’ve been looking everywhere to find a 13 inch baking steel that’s narrow enough. We love your videos! ❤️ Ithacan native.

  3. She hasn’t really invented anything. This has been done with yogurt for ever.. I think they’re pretty good but they’re not bagels.

    I live in the Middle East and cottage cheese is not a thing here so I do the yogurt version which is definitely a thing here.

  4. Self rising flour and Greek yogurt. Mix, form, boil, bake. Add flavors and toppings accordingly. The recipe made in the video is good for making a bread loaf.

  5. Ooh,…I wonder what they'd be like if you worked the dough a bit more to make it develop some gluten and get a bit more chewy.
    I might have to play with this!

  6. I love cottage cheese and am always trying to eat more protein, so I need to try these!

  7. I am sure toasting them can teally make them yummier, in texture and taste.

  8. Love bagels! I heard it works nicely using gluten free flour but I would definitely boil the bagels prior to baking. I don't push the hole thru entirely so fillings won''t fall through the hole.
    I have yet to try these bagels and the popularized yogurt cake.
