Just ordered my set arrows can't wait to see how they come out
By the time I buy a jig and all of the supplies, to have it simply show up with my specs for about what it would cost to buy the components… that's a great service.
just got arrows in and not very pleased. I will be refletching the arrows myself. As with most things these days if you want something done right gotta do it yourself…
The service is fairly cheap but I think you'd be better off with a factory fletched set with blazers. Workmanship just seemed sloppy.
1. I asked them before ordering if the degree of helical was comparable to the EZ fletch mini max (very high degree of helical). They told me it was the same. I kinda had my doubts since they said they used a bitzenburger. I ordered left helical and most look straight or almost straight, some even appear to have a bit of right helical.
2. Placement on the shaft seemed inconsistent, some vanes more forward some more back.
3. The shafts I selected have the spine alignment marked. But the vanes were just randomly placed.
If it wasn't for the weak and inconsistent helical I could overlook the rest. You get what you pay for and its the busy season, I don't expect perfection. But seems like theres opportunity for easy quality control improvements. The best part about my purchase is the box they came in is nice. Buy their custom arrows if your main focus is selecting the colors you like.
I ordered Easton axis long range 4mm arrows from you guys (blackovis) and received an incorrect item. I’ve been trying emailing and calling customer service now for 4 days and have not received a reply. I’m coming to YouTube as a last resort. Please help correct this issue.
