  1. I feel bad for asking, but are there viable substitutes for that dried yogurt/soup starter?

  2. Glad to see more people like the Taste profile. I get why it doesn't sit right with some people but I almost prefer this over Biryani and Curry

  3. “ it’s done when it falls apart like my life” WHY AHMAD????
    Btw this looks amazing ????

  4. Never thought i would see it here, you're truly what the Cooking niche was missing

  5. ???? That's so cool! I've never looked into Jordanian cooking before, but this must taste incredible!

  6. Love me some mansaf..
And I’m glad you didn’t use any silverware.. totally would’ve ruined the experience.

  7. If you want a more authentic version of your mansaf, ditch the 3eeran, use almond instead of pine seeds, use korkom with rice, add ghee to gameed, put gameed on the margoog before you put the rice, add little ghee to the gameed/lamb, eat a chilled white onion with the mansaf, and finally say besemmeAllah and eat with your hand (make small mansaf balls) ????
