Serves 6-8
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) hot 2 & ½ Cups
-Condensed milk 1 Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ½ tsp
-Cream 1 Cup
-Crispy Butter croissants 6-7
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs
-Sukha nariyal (Dried coconut) sliced 2 tbs
-Cream 3-4 tbs
-Condensed milk 3-4 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
-Badam (Almonds) chopped

Directions:
-In a jug,add hot milk,condensed milk,vanilla essence,cinnamon powder,cream,whisk well & set aside.
-Cut crispy butter croissants into 4 pieces.
-Arrange all butter croissants on a baking dish (7 inches),pour prepared milk mixture,pistachios,almonds, dried coconut,cream,condensed milk,pistachios & almonds.
-Place in an oven grill & cook on grill for 25 minutes & serve!

Ajza:
-Doodh (Milk) hot 2 & ½ Cups
-Condensed milk 1 Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ½ tsp
-Cream 1 Cup

-Butter croissants 6
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs
-Sukha nariyal (Dried coconut) sliced 2 tbs
-Cream 3-4 tbs
-Condensed milk 3-4 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
-Badam (Almonds) chopped

Directions:
-Jug mein garam doodh,condensed milk,vanilla essence,darchini powder aur cream dal ker achi tarah whisk karein aur side par rakh dein.
-Crispy butter croissants ko 4 pieces mein cut ker lein.
-7 inch ke baking dish mein saray butter croissant pieces ache se arrange karei,tayyar milk mixture,pista, badam,sukha nariyal,cream,condensed milk,pista aur badam dal dein.
-Oven grill mein 25 minutes kliya grill ker lein & serve karein!

We made Chappell Roan’s ICONIC look! We ALMOST failed 😅 Let us show you how we did it!

We made a custom Look for @ChappellRoan ​⁠ ! ​⁠ and I co-designed this stunning look! Where to begin?! The construction of this ensemble began 6 days before Orange Festival in Warsaw Poland. genesis Webb and Chappell presented one of the coolest inspirations I have ever seen and knew we had to take it on. This look would combine both my expertise and love for historical fashion, and @ChristopherMinafo ‘s beautiful painting skills and creative genius. The idea was very meta, and self referential. Chappell would appear multiple times in the outfit, with each of her heads wearing an Elizabethan ruff including her own.)

The process started with a custom 3D head sculpt by Christopher, and then we 3D printed the heads for the hat and the scepter. Christopher, then hand painted her face onto both The Hat and scepter and we finished it off with bright fiery locks of hair to match hers. Both the hat and scepter have their own hats and Elizabethan ruffs!
I created the ruffled bloomers, neck and glove ruffles, giant ruff skirt and corset/ bra that would later be hand painted with a photo realistic version of chapell’s face by Christopher. The idea is that when worn together, the bra and corset would be her face, and once the corset and skirt were torn away in a burlesque style, it would reveal an Almost great Gatsby-esque set of eyes.

This look consists of SEVEN quilted duchess satin
Elizabethan ruffs piped with color shift silk taffeta, Four hand beaded Chantilly lace masks that vary in size to fit the different heads, all crafted by Christopher.
Custom shoe laces and appliqués, and a Fuck-Ton of love and hard work.

Installing An Angle Iron To Support Brick Above A Roof

This is one job I’ve been dreading.
We need to lay up a brick wall, right here, at the top of this curved roof.
Now brick is heavy, so I needed to come up with a way to support the weight of the brick.
I decided to build a ledger out of 2x10s.
I used screws from the inside to mark the location of each stud in the wall.
Then I fastened the ledger to the wall with Simpson Strongtie Screws making sure to hit the studs.
Next, I needed to install a steel angle iron for the brick to rest on.
At first we had trouble making it fit, but then we removed some brick we had just laid to get the right angle so it would slide into place.
Once we got it into position, I drilled a 3/8” hole at each stud location.
I had my lovely wife slash camera lady spray WD40 on the bit as I drilled- this helped to lubricate the bit and keep it cool as I drilled through the steel.
Finally, I bolted the angle iron to the wall with some 3/8” galvanized lag bolts.
We’re planning to show the brick being laid on this small wall.

Espresso braised mushrooms on sourdough with @KitchenaidANZ Semi Automatic Espresso Machine.

I said it, we’ve all had enough avocado toast (and yes I’m looking at you Babe). So, in partnership with KitchenAid , here’s what I’m making instead using their quiet Semi Automatic Espresso Machine.

Ingredients
1½ tbsp olive oil
20g butter
200g Swiss Brown mushrooms, sliced
Sea salt and pepper, to season
2 garlic cloves, chopped
40ml espresso coffee
2 tbsp cream
2 eggs
2 thick slices sour dough, toasted
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Chopped chives, to garnish

Method
Heat 1 tbsp of the oil and butter in a large frying pan on medium high heat.
Add mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes, until starting to brown. Season with salt and pepper.
Add garlic, cook for a further minute, stirring.
Pour in coffee, bring to a boil, cook until reduced by half.
Add cream, cook for a further 2 minutes until thickened slightly.
Heat remaining oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry eggs for 2-3 minutes, until whites are set.
Serve mushrooms on buttered toast, sprinkled with chives, topped with an egg and parmesan cheese.
