  1. Every morning I eat two energy balls that have peanut butter, honey, rolled oats, flaxseed, chia seed, and chocolate chips. It counts for a lot of my containers but it helps curb my need for chocolate and really helps me to start my day without feeling hungry. They last forever in the fridge and when I make them I make a lot and put them in a big container. I never eat more than two. It also helps me not to have any sugar cravings throughout the day since I have such a big sweet tooth. It's like by knowing I can eat them I am less likely to eat other foods that are worse.

  6. What kind of routine would you suggest for me, I broke left ankle and sprained right? I'm on week 10 now since I broke ankle.

  7. I only learned this a couple years ago but sorry to tell you this, those cranberries are not a healthy snack if you are avoiding added sugar. Almost all of the sugar calories are just added white sugar. Better to go for raisins, apricots, or some kinds of dried cherries. Did just find a brand that has added less sugar to their cranberries (instead of some that are now using some artificial). It's the Decas brand. Compared these and Trader Joes-still plenty sweet, will be our new go to for cranberries but still love to buy our nuts at Trader Joes!

  8. Healthy snacks is usually where I tend to fail. So this brings me to a question. Due to food allergies I have taken my favorite fruits such as apples and pineapples and dehydrated them adding nothing… No sugar, salt, just dried fruit. Is this a healthy snack?
