  1. I went through these videos to see what they were called, perilla leaves? Small-town Oklahoma n here, what do those taste like? What can you use them in? I have never had them but I've seen them used for many things.

  2. What made you decide to be vegan was it love for animals or just disliking meat?????

  3. I'm super happy you found something that works for your body. Ironically, Paleo is what works best for me, but not everyone is best fueled by fats. I'm really pleased that we largely seem to have moved past judging people for what they eat. Much better.

  4. I've just recently started running a bit, and also I've recently been struggling with food and body image. This video comforted me that listening to what my body tells me is what I need to do ❤

  5. I made that viral green goddess dressing and salad today for the first time (kinda winged it without measurements and having to swap out ingredients I didn't have for similar ones but nevertheless) and you come with this recipe I'm like this is genius. I'm always on the look out these days to find easy recipes full of nutrition for my now picky Parkinsons suffering father who has no appetite for eating as much as he needs to keep his energy up. He loves pasta, and loved the dressing and I feel like doing this, this would be something he'd love. Thank you Joanne!!!!❤????

  6. Midnight here in the ???????? and now having to make a midnight snack knowing it's not going to compare even slightly ????‍♀️

  7. I love your plates they are so unique, mind if I ask where you got them from .

  8. i became a vegetarian a few years back and it’s made me feel so much better mentally and physically, and your videos are really making me think about going vegan !! you’re an inspiration to this little 19 year old (its my bday hehe) and you’re like the amazing and supportive mom/aunt i never had <333
