I make a Midnight Pasta, Simply Mama Cooks recipe, which is very similar to this except it uses a premade pasta sauce, your favorite. I just add a bit of butter and Parmesan when I reheat leftovers which are always better than the first time. I’ll certainly try your method for sure. Being an Italian gal myself, I have everything I need in my pantry except the ricotta.
